NO, YOU’RE NOT DYING YOUR ASCENDING

How to Navigate through Ascension Symptoms!

Perhaps you have been feeling extremely tired, overly hungry one day , and the next day nervous, anxious, with no appetite. Or perhaps your bones, and muscles ache, or you have strange illnesses surfacing that never before vexed you? Maybe you are blissful one moment and deep in the throes of despair the next? 

No, you are not bipolar or going crazy! Your body, mind, and spirit are purging the lower frequencies and rebalancing the ascending frequencies. And it takes a lot of work! I have news for you it is only going to get more intense as the Cosmic Tsunami of eternal creation hits us!

Let me start from the beginning. You were created by Infinite Source as a holographic reflection of the INFINITE. Your 12 stranded divine Krystos Blueprint was plugged directly into Infinite Source. So you are what I call an “Infinite Human”. You did not have a digestive track so you did not eat. Your body was much lighter, taller and you were eternal. Dis-ease, Aging and death could not touch you! You were deeply connected to Mother Earth and had miraculous powers of manifestation! Poverty, lack, separation, sorrow were non-existent because you were plugged into Infinite Source and understood WE ARE ONE.

Over the Eons, the Fallen Angelics hacked into our Divine Holographic Template, downgrading it to the 666 beasty carbon-based body, reversing our fire letter,s scrambling our DNA and creating the body you have today, which is finite because it is unplugged from Infinite Source. Therefore it becomes dis-eased, ages, and dies. The grids of our Earth were also reversed, which affected our holographic template and kept us trapped in an Artificial Time loop of birth, death and reincarnation.

Our beasty carbon bodies were contaminated  with all kinds of implants, metatronic reversals, and overlays and traumas fused into our fascia which we carried in our holographic template lifetime to lifetime.

Now as we receive the GRACE from the massive infusion of high ascension frequencies bathing us and our Earth daily, ALL is being set aright!  Our Mother Earth and our bodies are being upgraded and realigning to the KRYSTALA spiral of Infinite Source. You are being purged of all the misalignments that were bioengineered onto your divine template to keep you trapped in a time matrix so the parasites  could  FEED on you! 

This is happening at an astonishing speed. And this is why you are feeling at times like you are DYING, because you are! The old you, the downgraded you enslaved in a Carbon beasty body! Yes it can be challenging at times but think of how you will feel once again inside your divine holographic temple! FREE from dis-ease, aging and death! Is it worth it? Of course it is! 

But it is a process of purging physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually! And it takes linear time and doing the INNER WORK!

HOW TO NAVIGATE THROUGH THESE CHALLENGING TIMES!

YOU HAVE HELP FROM YOUR COSMIC STAR FAMILY!

First we must suspend all our beliefs about how we “should” be or feel and make moment to moment decisions since the energies shift day to day and moment to moment. We must learn to listen to our bodies and lovingly give our body what it needs in that moment. 

Many people think that a “spiritual” person is thin, vegan  and can contort themselves like a pretzel. This is the old model that came from the yogis in India

as a way of  adapting to the prison matrix. But times have changed. NOW some of the most highly encrypted Star Seeds have incarnated into ancestral lines that carry the most miasma. They have lived many lifetimes of insufferable trauma! They have been targeted and attacked because of their high genetics. They have chosen a very difficult path. But as the Vanguard they chose this difficult road because as they reclaim their divinity  they help all of humanity. You could say they ease the karmic burden by taking on a greater load. They do this because they are great souls who came equipped for the job! But often they do not know who they are because like ugly ducklings they have been mind wiped and forgotten who they are. Many of you reading these words may be one of them. If so this is your wake up call. This is your time to rise and reclaim your birth right. So don’t worry about these passing pains and discomforts. Welcome them because they are purging you of your enslavements and restoring your divine template once and for all!

Everyone is feeling this Cosmic Frequencies! Even the masses who may not have a clue  as to what is happening to them. So most likely when they feel bad, tired, sick, achy they will seek refuge in Allopathic medicine. The problem with allopathic medicine is that it is designed to stop the symptoms  so the patient temporarily  “feels” better, This halts the purging process just saving it for latter like a credit card. When the energetic bill comes due the body may not be able to handle the massive detox and succumb to death.

*Disclamer I am not a Doctor, (I am a Doctor’s Wife.) and this is not medical advice. I also want to say very clearly that tune into your body there are times when medical intervention IS NECESSARY. So I am not bashing the medical system and we should all be grateful we have it because for now we may need it. Kiki, my Pomeranian, was purging some deep fear issues for both me and her.  Every time the frequencies were extremely high she would pass bladder stones. One day, she could not pass them and she had to have an emergency operation. I was glad to find a competent vet who saved her life! I, too had to have my thyroid medication adjusted because my TSH went up to 50 and I was having panic attacks and had to take some heavy stuff but weaned myself off. Trust the process.  We are not 12-stranded avatars yet, so use what you need to on this rocky road to inner salvation!

I chose to live in a place far removed from the interference of low-frequency warfare so I feel these incoming ascension waves intensely! I never know if I am going to sleep all night, or how I will feel when I wake up. But I honor how I feel. IF “negative” emotions come up I honor them by FEELING  through them and giving them a voice. If I need to rest, I rest, if I need to socialize I do, if I feel like being in nature, I spend the time in nature. If I need intensive meditation, I meditate. I have cleared out the busyness of my life so I first I honor my body to see what it needs. My sacred temple is my first priority because after all I have only been waiting for this all of my life times! 

I suggest that as these ascension energies increase, you clear out time and space in your life to give yourself and your body what it needs. Start a dialogue with your body and ask it what it wants. Ask your womb, your liver, your heart what it wants in this moment. Live your live in the NOW moment to moment. Take Care of your Beautiful Self! LOVE YOURSELF! MAKE YOURSELF YOURSELF TOP PRIORITY! 

Don’t worry as you rise in frequency, transmute your shadows and recall your divine template you will make an impact on humanity that you can not even imagine right now. So you who have always been of service to others, be of service to yourself right now. As a 12-stranded avatar, you will have the tools to carry out your soul mission!
