THE GREAT WORK OF ASCENSION (an excerpt from the book The Infinite Human by Elizabeth Monroy M.S. and Peter Monroy M.D.)
After leaving Florence, Italy, and moving to Sicily, I felt great once again! My health improved immensely. I knew I was going to Sicily to complete my “magnum opus” or the Great Work and finish this book. The two seemed to be deeply tied into one another. Sicily was like a trip back in time. Food growing in the fields, brought to market daily, children playing in the streets and riding bikes until dark, people socializing in the piazzas and young lovers necking on the park benches! The air was fresh and clean with very few chem-trails so I could soak up the sun’s regenerating rays every day. I could hardly even get Wi-Fi, which was wonderful! I was activating my 12 stranded DNA, my body was healing and transmuting daily. I found it so easy to upgrade my body by performing simple ascension practices, eating clean fresh food, breathing clean air, and bathing in the Sea daily or in the natural volcanic hot springs near my home. When summer came, tourists from all around the world flooded into the small fishing village of Castellammare. I set up a small Tarot card stand and did readings for people, mostly in Italian. It was something new! I loved being of service to others, observing my intuitive abilities grow daily as I helped people gain clarity and insight into their lives. My third eye was opening more and more each day and I was, at last, able to piece together the puzzle from my years of research, spiritual teachers, and my own cosmic downloads. It was then I finally deciphered the mystery of the magic triangle of Sicily that had been haunting me since I arrived. Besides the ley lines running through it, I realized its chakra system began at Mount Etna as the root and ended at the apex with Erice being the crown chakra. I had been sent to the third-eye chakra of the island. The symbols of Sicily are the Pinecone and the Trinaga, Trinacria or the T riskelion which is one of the most ancient and sacred symbols on this Earth. Its roots are mysterious with ties to the Celts, Greeks, Sicilians, Portuguese, and other more ancient cultures. Although the origins of this symbol are elusive, the powerful meaning can be harnessed by all. When you align yourself with the Triskelion, you are saying that you are ready to work with the Universe. You are sending out the message that you are listening, ready to communicate, ready to connect, and ready to serve and create within the higher frequencies. This is an amazing tool for manifestation and tuning into the divinity that surrounds you and is within you. It is said that when you wear this symbol, you gain access to the secrets within nature, the deva kingdom and the cosmos itself. The Triskelion is a key that unlocks the power of your own personal creation, which is deeply unique to you. It mixes your energy with the energy of nature, the Cosmos, and the Divine, to produce your own individual experience. This will bring you opportunities that only you need. The three spirals are said to represent motion and movement, and the symbolism behind the number three that has many meanings: mind- body-soul; earth- cosmos-you; past- present- future, ascension-love- evolution, creation-preservation - destruction; etcetera. While different, they all represent moving or spiraling through cycles of creation, which is what the Triskelion was designed to connect you to. I recognized it as an ancient symbol from the Golden Age of Atlantis. The trifold wave or true trinity which creates from Divine Infinite Source, a world beyond the duality of the vesica piscis harness which traps us in duality. This powerful T rinaga symbol has been co-opted by placing the face of Medusa, a Gorgon with her snake hair draping her face and covers this trifold wave of the T rinaga. This is the way the symbol appears on the Sicilian Flag and most all other T rinaga’s found in Sicily. However, on one of my trips around Sicily I found a ceramic Trinaga that did not have the head of the Medusa but instead a face of a pretty woman with rosy cheeks and blonde curls! I sent a picture of it to an aware friend who exclaimed, “that’s you Elizabeth!” WHAT IS THE GREAT WORK OR ASCENSION? Ascension has been called many things throughout history such as attaining Enlightenment, God-Realization, reaching Nirvana, Christ Consciousness, becoming a Yogi, (Yoga means union with God) and so on. In Alchemy this process is referred to as Transmutation, the Magnum Opus or the Great Work. It is defined as “to perfect any substance, creation or situation through its transformation back into its essential divinity.” Many ancient texts speak of striving to attain this perfected state of being but few are credited with achieving this exalted state. Christ, the Buddha and Krishna are the iconic examples. Many Yogis have followed rigorous disciplines to attain enlightenment. However, the Alchemical approach is similar to the method Michelangelo, an alchemist,used when he sculpted his masterpiece the David. He found the perfect stone and knew his David was inside. His task then was simply to carve away everything that was not the perfect essence of the David. That is the task at hand. We must purge, purify, detox, and release everything that is not true to our pure divine essence. We must remove all that is finite to free the Infinite within! This Great Work of transmutation or ascension includes the detoxing of all our bodies, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual and the releasing of our shadow body. This becomes highly important as ancestral miasma and past traumas surface to be released and purified. We must release and heal old wounds and traumas, correct misalignments and dispel inorganic attachments in all our bodies. We must release the pain body and dis-ease from ALL our bodies. We must end the mind control programming, limiting belief systems and artificial timelines which have imprisoned us in a dream spell of spiritual misconceptions from our rewritten history and false tyrannical gods. We must purge limiting beliefs and practices that have kept us enslaved in the victim, victimizer’s roles and end sexual misery programming. We must end the misogyny and the division of our own inner masculine and feminine which has kept us locked in duality. We must embrace all life, our mother Earth as a living consciousness and her deva spirits and surrender our will to the Divine Will of God’s Natural Laws, the Law of One and the Oneness of All Creation. We must integrate our brain and our heart to be of service to others rather than egotistical service to self. We must become ONE! As the frequencies increase making ascension more readily accessible, your life may become more and more challenging because all of your underlying issues, shadows and dis-ease will surface for examination, healing and transmutation. But isn’t it much better to free yourself from this darkness once and for all, rather than smearing honey over pus and limping through life? The truth is if you are not consciously choosing ascension you are passively consenting to descension. The choice is yours. Choose wisely.
IN-CENSION “Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended?” PROVERBS 30:4 Ascension has often been depicted as some blissful place in paradise where you go when you die or drop your body. You get to hang out with the “Ascended Masters” and everything is perfect. All you have to do is just “wait” for Judgement Day and the second coming of Christ, then, “poof ”, you are raptured into paradise. The truth is the kingdom of heaven is within. You actually in-scend or inwardly ascend by becoming the embodiment of these higher frequencies of the love and the eternal living light of Infinite Source. You do not have to die and drop your body. The only thing that needs to die is your finite identity or ego. It is not a place you are taken up to. It is the penetration of eternal rainbow light frequencies that infiltrate every cell of your being, transmuting you or making you inwardly-lightened, or enlightened! You do not have to go to a church, synagogue or temple to receive this. You are the temple, the House of God’s light. Your DNA is an important factor in your ascension and was purposely left out of all the spiritual texts. The fact is that all the Christ Avatars incarnated into “Christ Bodies” or bodies that held 12 strands of Krystal DNA. This gave them the divine technology to perform “miracles”. So it is key to your ascension to maintain your pure organic genetics that you can evolve and not allow AI gene “therapy” injections to enter your bloodstream where they fuse with your organic genome and mutate you. There are many ascension tools available to assist you in this “inward” ascension process of allowing more light to enter your cells and accruing more silicone- based genetic material, building your rainbow plasma light-body vehicle, and becoming your own star gate into the higher dimensions. There are disciplines, practices and meditations which can help you activate the frequencies of your rainbow plasma light body and your twelve-stranded silicone-based genetics, open your third eye, build your Torrid field, and your personal M erKaBa. You can spend timeless time meditating in the Void which is the purest essence of Divine Infinite Source from which all creation sprang where there is no thought, no sound, no light. By simply spending time in the Void, it will help you release the dream spell of duality and identify more with this pure state of infinite love and Oneness releasing your finite ego self. There are also many breathing techniques such as Prana Yama, Ouija breathing or the Breath of Fire, which can take you into deeper states of consciousness, purify and unify your body, mind and spirit and help ease the flow of energy throughout your body. There are high vibratory diets that can support you in your ascension. Choose the ones that resonate with you and keep charging things up. Nature abhors a vacuum. Use your intuition and feel free to ask your guides to help you find the right practices for you. Above all, you must learn to listen to your body(s) and give them what they need moment to moment. However, all these meditations and spiritual practices are nil if you do not heal and transmute your own inner shadows.
